(TSXV: DELX) (OTCQB: DPXCF) (“DelphX”), a leader in the development of new classes of structured products, announces that it intends to proceed with a non-brokered private placement ("the Offering") of up to 3,750,000 units (the "Units") at a subscription price of C$0.04 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to C$150,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Common Share") and one Common Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of C$0.08, for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
