AMBAC (AMBAC Financial Group) öffnete die Bücher zum abgelaufenen Quartal
AMBAC (AMBAC Financial Group) hat am 11.05.2022 die Bilanz für das jüngste Quartal veröffentlicht, das zum 31.03.2022 abgelaufen war.

Es wurde ein Gewinn je Aktie von 0.300 USD präsentiert. Im Vorjahresquartal hatte AMBAC (AMBAC Financial Group) ein EPS von 0.590 USD je Aktie vermeldet.

Beim Umsatz kam es zu einer Steigerung von 7.14 Prozent auf 15.0 Millionen USD. Ein Jahr zuvor war ein Umsatz von 14.0 Millionen USD erwirtschaftet worden.

Dieses Jahr erwarten die 100 Millionen Einnahmen durch die neuen Versicherungen, die Ambac aufgebaut hatte.

Es wurde das Aktienrückkaufprogramm erweitert und verlängert.

1,5 Millionen Aktien hatten die zurückgekauft. Das Programm vom 29.3. wurde mit einem neuen am 5.5. erweitert.

New York-based insurtech Kalepa Corp. said Monday it is introducing a managing general agency, Kalepa Insurance Services, with capacity provided by units of Ambac Financial Group Inc.

Kalepa Insurance Services will provide excess casualty through a partnership with the Everspan Group, whose companies are units of New York-based Ambac.

Das wird weiter steigen, weil sie so eine neue Software haben, mit der sie automatisch alle besten Angebote in Varianten von einem Programm sofort errechnet bekommen und mit dem was sie über Everspan ergänzen müssen. Vorher dauerte das eine Stunde mindestens. Jetzt hat der Kunde das Angebot gleich.
