Negotiations Proceed for Buy-out of Centurion Gold with Higher Competing Bids

Centurion Gold Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CGHI), the only South African junior gold mining company publicly listed in the U.S., announced today that the competition to purchase Centurion Gold Holdings has intensified with several companies submitting bids that have reached $1.00 a share. The Board of Directors is carefully reviewing all offers and anticipates reaching a final decision within the next ten days.

Centurion Gold Holdings CEO, Dale Paul, commented, "Our Company offers a unique opportunity as an acquisition candidate with it strong asset base of various minerals and properties and we intend to realize the maximum value possible."

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2005--Centurion Gold Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CGHI - News), the only South African junior gold mining company publicly listed in the U.S., announced today that it has signed an irrevocable agreement with a UK listed company for such company to bid to purchase 100% of the common stock of Centurion for consideration equal to $.60 per share with a value of approximately $151.1 million on a fully diluted basis. After careful review of several offers, Centurion's Board accepted an offer from a company that it felt provides the most synergy and maximization for the value of the company's assets. Consideration in accepting the offer involved available working capital, maintaining control of the Company and the access to capital for future projects. CEO Dale Paul, will join the new company as President. It is anticipated that a formal bid, with more details, will be submitted to Centurion's shareholders within the next few weeks. The buyout is intended to be completed before the end of the year and listed on the London AIM market.

Man sagt zwar immer, dass es an der börse nicht geschenkt gibt, aber hier sieht der fall wohl anders aus. An der übernahme gibts jedenfalls nichts zu rütteln.

das was den kurs derzeit noch!! bei 0,40 USD hält ist, dass der konkrete name des übernahmeinvestors fehlt.... aber das ist noch lange kein grund für mich die aktie bei 0,40USD zu schmeissen bleibt drin und wenn ich noch 3 monate warten muss bis die übernahme abgeschlossen ist... sind ja nochmals 50%!!! verschenke doch kein geld!!

und meine das es da gewaltig Stinkt
der Kurs bei 0,38 wobei es ein Übernahme Angebot für 0,6$ geben soll
ursprünglich 1$
250.000.000 Shares auf dem markt

ich lass da meine Finger weg,hört sich zu gut an,aber nicht mal der Firmen Name
der Übernahme wird bekannt gegeben und so wie es aussieht wird mal wieder alles mit Shares bezahlt und was dann passiert..............

mir auch nicht gerade wie sich der kurs verhält, aber die chancen übertreffen die risiken um einiges (90:10)!!! und bei welcher aktie habt ihr ein solches verhältnis auf einer laufzeit von nichtmal 5 monate!!! der kurs wird im august noch auf min 0,5USD steigen...

be invested... die jetzt verkaufen sind selbst schuld... nur meine meinung


 

dann ist dieser Kursabschlag mehr als gerechtfertigt.  

kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die gleich um 50% fallen, nur weil ein paar verkaufen werden.

egal um was es sich bei dem anderen unternehmen handelt, oder nicht?

also im moemnt sehe ich doch einen worst case eingepreist...  

du lter otc-experte nun gib mir schon recht und sag, dass der abschlag zu hoch ist...

sieht nämlich nicht gut aus in meinem depot. alles grün und dann so ein roter schandfleck ;-(  

Was einwenig stört das die Insiderin Frau Stearn im Juni ihre Aktien verkauft hat. Bei diesen Aussichten hätte sie und die anderen Insider doch kaufen müssen und genau das ist es warum dieser Kurs einfach nicht hoch kommt! Da fehlt das Vertrauen der Anleger zu dieser Aktie. Ohne weitere positive Meldungen ist erst einmal vorsichtiges einsammeln angesagt!  

alles andere würde ja heissen, die ganzen meldungen bzgl. übernahmeverhandlungen etc. wären falsch. das würde sich aber doch niemand trauen.
 

 

las sich alles recht gut. Die letzet studie kam mit nem kursziel von 1,80$. udn selbst die übernahmespekulation wurde nie richtig eingepreist. von daher für mich bei 0,30€ ein klarer kauf.  

 

aber unter 0,3$ werd ich mir auch ein paar gönnen
ist dann mal 30% unter dem großen tubaluba um die 0,4

und aus 50% werden dann 100 ,grins  

von mindestens 1$ gerechnet. Und jetzt wo es "nur" 0,60$ geworden sind, bekommt man diese aktie für 0,30$.

Also ich sehe nichts,w as diesen abschlag rechtfertigt.

Aber veilleicht warte wirklich alle nur darauf,dass ein offizieller angebot an alle publiziert wird.
