Based in London, Inmarsat provides voice and multimedia mobile communications services through its nine geostationary satellites to users involved in ground, air and sea transportation; communications; health care; local and national government; and international peacekeeping.

"While I'm not an expert in the analysis of short interest in any stock, I do believe ADCT has hit bottom.
1. When Verizon announces a settlement with the union I believe the whole sector will get a boost.
2. With all the conversation about consolidation and M & A activity I believe ADCT is a prime candidate for a hostile takeover.
3. I also believe ADCT is worth $8.00 per share. Tangible book value + good will + new technology. Before all the critisim begins I believe Digivance and Single e view are and will create opportunity in the future.
4. Having followed ADCT for the last 4 years I'm convinced the company has completed it's transformation and is well prepared to move forward.
Now having voiced my opinions, my last comment is directed at the sector and the economy in general, when the spending begins and it has to at some point ADCT will benefit to some extent, this is the unknown answer at this time. All my other concerns have been addressed.
My prediction, ADCT will test the low $4.00s by the end of 2003. At that time I will re-evalute my position based on the next two quarterly earnings reports."
