Das in Australien tätige kanadische Goldminenunternehmen Crocodile Gold hat zugeschlagen.
Wie die Canadian Business berichtete, hat Crocodile für 105 Mio. Dollar die beiden größten Goldminen-Standorte in Victoria, die Fosterville Gold Mine in Bendigo und die Stawell Gold Mine, von der kanadischen AuRiCo Gold Inc. erworben.

Es werden 70 Mio. Dollar in Cash, 10 Millionen Dollar in Crocodile Gold Stammaktien und die verbleibenden 25 Millionen Dollar in drei Raten gezahlt.
Crocodile Gold betreibt bereits Goldminen im Norden Australiens, einschließlich der Cosmo Mine.
Chantal Lavoie, Präsident, Chief Executive und Chairman von Crocodile Gold hob die Bedeutung des Zukaufes hervor. Diese Akquisitionen werden zusätzlich 155.000 bis 175.000 Unzen für das Jahr 2012 bringen und die Unternehmensproduktion auf 230.000 bis 250.000 Unzen erhöhen.
Für das Jahr 2013 visiert Crocodile eine Förderquote von 300.000 Unzen an.

In 2011, Fosterville produced its half-millionth ounce of gold and has achieved back-to-back quarterly production records (Q2 and Q3). The mine is on track to produce 100,000 ounces of gold in 2011.

Crocodile Gold Corporation veröffentlichte gestern die vorläufigen Produktionszahlen und einige finanziellen Ergebnisse des vierten Quartals und des Gesamtjahres 2012:

Im Dezemberquartal erzielte Crocodile eine Produktion von 62.147 Unzen Gold zu Cashkosten von 998 USD je Unze. Der Umsatz aus den Verkäufen erreichte 101,8 Mio. USD. Zudem wurde eine operativer Cashflow von 39,1 Mio. USD gemeldet.

Im Gesamtjahr verzeichnete das Unternehmen eine Produktion von 155.523 oz Gold zu Cashkosten von 1.167 USD/oz. Der Umsatz belief sich auf 255,9 Mio. USD. Der operative Cashflow betrug 58,6 Mio. USD.

Hallo Leute! Bei dieser Firma hier läuft doch anscheinend alles nach Plan. Wieso ist der Kurs so markant abgestürzt...?  

 Keine Sorge, hier wird es ziemlich bald losgehen mit einer massiven Kurssteigerung. Gold scheint nämlich langsam nach oben zu drehen.

In dem Bericht gibt es neben den Verlusten von 90Mio auch Lichtblicke. Die Goldproduktion steigt und das bei sinkenden Produktionskosten. Setzt sich dieses  Szenario fort und erholt sich der Goldpreis, dann könnten die Verluste von Momentan 0,22$ sich in Gewinne verwandeln.
Der Aktienkurs ist nahezu am historischem Tief und sollte sich dann deutlich erholen.
