Cambridge, Ontario, September 15, 2014-- W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce as part of its rebranding strategy the company has changed its name to Converde Energy USA Inc.
The corporate action was submitted to FINRA on Friday September 12th 2014 and has already been changed in the company’s state of incorporation, Nevada.
Michael McLaren, W2 Energy Inc. CEO, stated, “As part of our overall rebranding strategy the shareholders and management felt that a corporate name change was a good course of action.  Our research indicated there were several W2 Energy’s or some derivative of that name out there and in order to differentiate us on a global scale we decided to become Converde Energy.”
The company has already made application to USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) to trademark the name in the USA, as well the name will be trademarked in Canada and the EU and eventually Asia.

Cambridge, Ontario, September 3, 2014-- W2 Energy, Inc. (OTC: WTWO) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has made application with US Patent #61/829,460 and International Patent #PCT/CA2014/000469 for its cutting edge “METHOD OF SEPARATING SOLIDS USING BIO-OILS” technology.

The basis of the patents are to implement a method which will be able to effectively use bio-oils, so that renewable oils or bio-diesel can help clean the coal of ash and sulphur. The technology creates a clean pumpable fuel for the heavy fuel oil market for Bunker A, B, and C fuels. W2 Energy also believes that the technology can also grind particles small enough to create an end product that can be used as heavy fuel oil (HFO) and furnace fuel oil (FFO) for home heating, and as a diesel fuel replacement.

If cleaned properly coal is as good or better than oil. This technology falls in line with Europe’s push towards using clean coal products since the utilization of this technology creates a heavy fuel product, while reducing greenhouse gases by 40% without a massive derating of a boiler system. Also, by using bio-oils as the agglomeration oil, we add the renewable component to the product, which then allows carbon credits to be used.” He also stated, “Once our International Patent is confirmed, we anticipate this technology to be a huge seller for us as an export product.”

Converde Energy Inc. Formerly W2 Energy Inc. Receives Purchase Order and 20% Deposit from iKingdom Investments

CAMBRIDGE, ON, Canada, via ETELIGIS INC., 11/24/2014 - - Converde Energy Inc. formerly W2 Energy Inc. (OTC Pink: WTWO) (PINKSHEETS: WTWO), is pleased to announce that it has received a $250,000.00 USD purchase order and a 20% deposit to develop a simultaneous grinding and extraction machine capable of extracting products from hemp and cannabis plants. The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Delaware based iKingdom Investments Inc., www.ikingdomii.com for the creation of a Joint Venture (JV) that will specialize in the extraction of Terpenes, Cannabinoids and Fatty Acids from Hemp/Cannabis Plants. This system will differ from other extraction machines in the market, as it will be able to remove the products from the plants without high temperature or pressure. This method will allow the active ingredients in the plants remain in a more natural state without the extraction process denaturing the product.

The MOU stipulates that the newly formed JV will be relying exclusively on WTWO for the supply of all the equipment and the patented technology and support to accomplish the stated objectives. iKingdom will provide the scientific team that will be responsible for the ongoing research and development and production of Medicinal products and Hemp/Cannabis bi products from the extraction process.

The JV in addition of developing the various products, also intends to promote the sale of equipment to other parties under license. The licensing process will be designed to produce additional revenues and allow us to grow rapidly, without the requirement of large amounts of capital.

The equipment package for Phase 1 will be designed to process 100lbs per day. The equipment design is scalable and can be scaled up or down depending on requirements.
