South Boulder Mines is pleased to provide a project update given to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on the 29th May, 2015.

As approved by the shareholders of South Boulder Mines, effective from the 2nd of June, the company will be renamed to Danakali Limited. The ASX code will change from STB to DNK on the 3rd of June.

Danakali Investor Presentation; Colluli Potash Project Logistics

Danakali (ASX:DNK) is pleased to provide an investor presentation outlining the logistical advantages of the Colluli Potash Project. The Colluli Potash Project prefeasibility study completed in February 2015 demonstrated an economically robust project with the lowest capital intensity of all advanced sulphate of potash projects globally. Sulphate of potash is geologically scarce, with limited production centres and limited new projects. The Colluli Potash Project is expected to deliver bottom quartile operating costs, and the large Ore Reserve gives the project substantial development upside. 95% of global population growth is in close proximity to the Colluli resource, which is located in Eritrea, East Africa. The geography of Colluli is one of many features which make the project positively unique.

Valuation: Large reserve supports significant upside
In our report on the Colluli PFS published on 7 April 2015, we estimated an NPV for Colluli of US$897m assuming the 30 year life examined in the PFS. With a very large 1.1Bt reserve now proven, we have examined the valuation impact of a 60 year project life. Under this scenario we generate an NPV of US$998m, which supports an NPV for Danakali shares of A$ 1.07/share (10% discount rate,60 year project life supported by the 1.1 Bt reserve).
