news, TSX-V: DOS February 03, 2011 Private Placement of $1.2 million completed in DIOS by IAMGOLD MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – DIOS EXPLORATION reports the closing of a private placement of $1.2 million with IAMGOLD Corporation for 3,428,572 Common Shares of DIOS, at a price of $0.35 per share. See press release dated January 20, 2011. No fee was paid. The shares issued have a four month hold period. The proceeds (80%) will be used on DIOS' Shipshaw Carbonatite Complex discovered by DIOS some seven kilometers away from the Niobec mine and ferro-niobium facilities owned by IAMGOLD, Saguenay, Quebec.
