They both primarily sell networking equipment, and they both want to be a more powerful force in consumer products like smartphones. Da man als Besitzer der Aktie einen Prozentualen Anteil an der Firma hat und diesen auch behält (wenn ich das richtig mitbekommen habe) stehen einem Bezugsrechte zu z.B. im Verhältnis 5:1, bei dieser Aktie ist das Verhältnis 5:1 hab ich gelesen, d.h. für 5 Aktien die man hat bekommt man eine "gratis". Der Kurs hat dann einen Einsturz, hab gelesen bei Jenoptik gerade auch passiert (zum nachlesen der link). Somit verschiebt sich auch der Wert der Aktie, wo man sie gekauft hat. z.B. 1000 Aktien bei 3 € gekauft, dann im Verhältnis 5:1 neue dazu bekommen also hat man dann 1200 Aktien. 3000€ / 1200 Aktien = 2,50€ sozusagen neuer Kaufpreis.
