Royal Bank of Scotland verkauft Kreditportfolio an Intermediate Capital Group

Edinburgh (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die britische Großbank Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (RBS) (ISIN GB0007547838 / WKN 865142) meldete am Dienstag, dass sie ein Kreditportfolio an die Intermediate Capital Group plc (ISIN GB0004564430 / WKN 897797), eine Investment-Firma bzw. ein Fondsmanager, verkaufen wird.
Den Angaben zufolge hat das Portfolio, das vornehmlich aus Senior Loans besteht, ein Volumen von 1,4 Mrd. Euro. Die Transaktion wird voraussichtlich bis Ende August 2010 abgeschlossen sein, hieß es.
