Telia Company Announces Revised Organizational Setup
VIENNA (dpa-AFX) - TeliaSonera AB (0H6X.L, TLSNY.PK) announced Telia Company will have a revised organizational setup.
The Norwegian and Finnish operations will from January 1 be part of Group Executive Management. Abraham Foss, the current CEO of Norway will join as well as the new CEO for Finland, Stein-Erik Vellan, who will replace the current CEO Valdur Laid.
The company said the operations in Lithuania, Estonia and Denmark will form a cluster overseen by Henriette Wendt who is currently Head of Corporate Development.
TeliaSonera said Corporate Holdings the Group's current shareholding in Turkcell and Megafon will be managed by a new unit - Corporate Holdings - headed by Robert Andersson, who is currently head of Region Europe. The Latvian operations, LMT and Lattelekom, will also become part of the unit. Telia Carrier will also become a part of the unit.
