Zhengzhou China PRC  - Friday  - February 18 2013 - Tianbao Holdings 
(Ticker: 3TB )    is pleased to announce that on Effective Monday, 03 
December, 2012, the company was designated as being listed as an 
International Main Board Company  on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and has 
been granted  a waiver under the BSX Listing Regulations, Section IIIA, 
Regulation 4.10 and, as such, trading in the listed securities is open to 
the general public. BSX Ticker:TBHL.BH 
The company has appointed Jeffry G Conyers as a director in Bermuda , who 
together with other involvements is also the head of the brokerage of 
Capital G Investments based in Bermuda . 
Also appointed is Marco L Montarsolo, also based in Bermuda, who is a 
Director of the ISIS law firm as well as being a member of the BSX listing 
committee. 
 
Effective January 31, 2013, the company was listed on the Berlin Exchange 
(Ticker: 3TB ). 
 
The company believes that by being listed both on the Bermuda Stock 
Exchange as an International main Board Member and on the Berlin Stock 
Exchange,is now a step closer  in  achieving  the full potential of its 
business plan.
