Weitere Dockets in der SERIE jener Gerichts-Sachen, die für DONNERSTAG (31.5.2012) anberaumt sind, habe ich auf den ersten Blick nicht gefunden.

Doch bedarf eine mögliche Abgeschlossenheits-Meldung zur Vermeidung der Vorschnelligkeit zunächst noch der Prüfung, wenngleich auch das Veröffentlichungs-Datum 24.4.2012 des hier oben gebrachten Docket's #27570 wohl eher für ein Ende dieser SERIE spricht, da ja für die Anberaumung von Gerichts-Terminen auch FRISTEN einzuhalten sind.

Bislang haftet ja nur die Versicherung, und zwar in Höhe derer irgendwann einmal ausgehandelten 90 Millionen.

Die Frage, die jetzt im Raume steht, interpretiere ich auf den ersten Blick so:

Wer muss bezahlen, falls die 90-Mio-Grenze zu Fall gebracht wird - die 5 ehemaligen Executives und Officers selber, oder erneut nur deren Versicherung?

Bitte um Klarstellung, falls ich die Frage falsch interpretiere.  

mal ne frage: aktionäre können doch für eine klage einreichen, welche von 2007-2008 geschädigt worden sind. wenn die nur einen bruchteil zurückbekommen können - oder auch gar nichts - welche chancen haben denn wir als post-shareholder, also alle, die NACH der krise kauften?  kann es überhaupt sein dass wir bessere karten haben?

interessant ist schon der bericht vom 4. mai, dass lehman 49 cent auf den dollar! auf gas bonds auszahlen konnte.

und der blödsinn, den uns hier jemand seit monaten versucht einzutrichtern, dass unsere aktie durch nur mehr EINE symbolische lehmq-aktie ersetzt worden ist und wir allein schon dadurch leer ausgehen, das braucht ihr natürlich nicht glauben. wenn der trust was abgibt, dann kriegen auch wir was vom kuchen - über diese symbol-lehmq. kann jeder nachlesen.

Ich versuche -- obwohl es sinnlos ist -- nochmals zu erklären. Ansprüche aus securities litigation sind NIE an den aktuellen Aktienbesitz gebunden. Niemand, der aus dem settlement dass es zu dieser securities litigation gibt, muss die Aktien noch halten. ES HAT DAMIT NICHTS ZU TUN. Es hat mit dem Schaden zu tun, der einem in der entsprechenden Periode entstand. Dieser Schaden wird (zu einem mikroskopisch kleinen Teil) abgegolten. Man kriegt das auch, wenn man die Aktie am 16.9.2008 VERKAUFT HAT.

Das wäre auch so, wenn es diese Aktie tatsächlich noch gäbe (was nicht der Fall ist). Das wäre sogar dann so, wenn Lehman nie pleite gegangen wäre. Es gibt solche securities litigation bei einer UNZAHL von Papieren. Und immer ist es so. Es kann gar nicht anders sein.

hier gibts keine hoffnung, sondern nur illusorisches nicht-wahrhaben-wollen. es hat sich nichts geaendert. wo soll also was keimen?

pfandbrief tut seit monaten, ja jahren, nichts anderes als zu helfen, indem er sein immenses wissen zu us bankruptcy vorgaengen hier wiederholt vorkaut und versucht (leider vergebens), anleger vor unsinnigen entscheidungen oder 'hoffnungen' zu bewahren.

das problem ist, dass einige hier nur das lesen und glauben, was sie lesen und glauben wollen.
naja.. weitermachen..

ich komme noch besser, wenn solche "jünger von pfandbrief" alles nur noch nachplappern und nichts produktives beitragen.

und außerdem braucht - zumindest denke ich dies, der "pfandbrief benötigt keine anwälte", die ihn ständig verteidigen müssen, oder sehe ich dies mittlerweile subjektiv falsch ?!

trotzalledem danke für deine ausführungs- und gedanken weise, die ich jedoch hierbei nicht für gewichtig halte  

wer hier bis zum handelsschluß investiert war, kann jetzt eh nichts anderes mehr tun, als warten. so gesehen versteh ich nicht, warum leute, die nicht investiert sind, hier überhaupt noch posten oder mitlesen, wo doch eh alles schon gegessen ist, außer es geht ihnen um schadenfreude, und darauf kann man gut und gerne verzichten...
